Terms of service
Draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not final. Do not launch publicly on them.
What Cambulance is
A marketplace connecting customers with independent content creators, and members with each other for barter. Cambulance is not the employer of any creator, does not supply the services booked through it, and is not a party to any barter agreement between members.
Bookings and payment
Your card is authorised when you book and charged when the session ends, for the time actually worked. The booked duration is a minimum — a session that runs short is charged in full. Overtime is charged per minute at the rate shown at booking. Cambulance takes a commission from the creator and a service fee from the customer, both itemised before you book.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel before the session starts, and the payment hold is released. Cancelling after a creator has accepted affects your Trust Score.
Creator payouts
Earnings currently accrue in your account. Cambulance does not yet transfer funds to creators and has not collected payout or tax details. Do not treat accrued earnings as money you can withdraw.
Content ownership
Ownership and licensing of footage is between the customer and the creator. Agree it before the shoot. Cambulance claims no rights over content produced through bookings.
Barter
Barter agreements are between members. Cambulance generates the document and records completion, but does not guarantee, escrow or enforce either side. Traded services are usually taxable — see Barter and tax.
Prohibited
Illegal content, filming people without consent where consent is required, harassment, misrepresenting your equipment or verification, and arranging payment off-platform to avoid fees.
